These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WaveRider website at waverider.ai, the WaveFinder application at app.waverider.ai, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by WaveRider (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER SORT OF ADVICE.

WaveRider provides tools for scanning and analyzing publicly available market data. The information displayed — including but not limited to stock screeners, momentum signals, relative strength rankings, chart patterns, supply/demand zones, and market analysis — is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trades.

Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or signal shown on the Service does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Tier: Limited access to the Service at no cost.
  • Paid Plans: Enhanced features are available through paid subscription plans (monthly or annual billing).
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@waverider.ai for refund requests.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, data analysis methods, and content, is owned by WaveRider and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party data providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Data or information provided through the Service will be accurate or complete
  • Any particular investment result will be achieved from the use of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVERIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any trading decisions made based on information provided by the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WaveRider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
